The professional marine binocular at an unbeatable price, with or without a compass. Complementing the Navigator 7x50, we have developed the Navigator 7x30 as the world’s first compact compass binocular. This is thus the ideal companion for the water sports enthusiast. For short getaways or spontaneous sailing trips.
Standard features of the marine range include:-
Sports-Auto-Focus
Set both oculars on the furthest object and then everything is in focus from 20m to infinity.
Nitrogen pressure filling via 2-way-valve technology
All the models are n2 pressurised which means fogging up and condensation inside the binoculars is totally prevented. The nitrogen pressurisation also protects the binocular against temperature variations between -40° and +80°C.
Ruggedness
The housing of the binoculars is made from Makrolon® which is a fibre glass polycarbonate thermoplastic molding compound known for its high heat resistance, dimensional stability and toughness. The prisms are mounted in a “Floating Prism Mounting” and attached with a durable, flexible silicon material to protect the valuable optical components inside. All of this means that whether the binoculars are dropped or knocked, the prisms inside remain in tact.
